This payment will be reimbursed if we partner with you on the larger project.

    ONBOARDING & PROPOSAL

Using the information gathered from our discovery meeting, we will create a customized proposal for your project. This proposal will outline the estimated scope of work and the design fee structure associated with it.

    PROCUREMENT & ORDERING

It’s a lot more work than you think it is! For products that exist in the world, we help you source, place, track, and receive orders.

Sometimes, the object we imagine, just for you, does not exist in the world! No worries, our Studio is expert in designing custom elements and finding the perfect makers to build ideas into reality.

    CONSTRUCTION & TRADE ADMINISTRATION

Visionary ideas are an important part of what we will bring to the project but we also know how to build these dreams into reality.

Velocette Studio follows through on design with regular site visits to ensure construction conforms with the design intent. We build strong relationships with the contractors and vendors to minimize the inevitable UH-OHS that occur on large scale projects.

    THE BIG REVEAL

DREAM BIG down to the DETAILS! When the construction dust settles, we set the furnishings and decor.

We want to document everyone’s hard work once the finishing touches are complete and will oversee your photo styling and photography to ensure we capture the best results.

What Our Clients Say

  • "Velocette Studio shined throughout the entire renovation from start to finish where she not only generated big ideas but also had the skills and work ethic to carry them through to the end. Her ability to manage the production and installation of many interesting custom elements including furniture, signage, finish, and lighting truly made the restaurant feel like it was built just for us and our patrons, WE LOVE THIS PLACE!"

    — Sam Mink, Owner of Oyster House, Philadelphia

  • "I hired Velocette Studio in 2025 to help me with the design of my hot yoga and pilates studio. Looking back on the renovation and the finished project, I could not imagine having done it without Velocette. They were by my side every step of the way and pushed me out of my comfort zone in the best way possible. I was excited that so many local builders and artists were brought onto the project. The finished product was even more beautiful than I could have ever expected."

    — Louise Cornell, Owner of Hive Yoga, Philadelphia

  • "Transforming a dark micro-brewery into a light, airy, outdoor taqueria was no small feat but I have to say we could not be more thrilled with the results. Velocette Studio was professional, timely, well-connected and has an unparalleled taste level. It was extremely easy to trust their vision and abilities from the start. We would most definitely work with Velocette Studio again.”

    — Daniel McLaughlin, Owner of Mission Taqueria, Philadelphia
