Philadelphia based real estate developer Arts and Crafts Holdings entrusted Velocette Studio to update the facade and lobby of their building located at 461 N. 3rd Street. The client desired a minimally invasive facelift that would modernize the building to fit the brands fun artful identity. Velocette Studio answered the client’s call and created big results for the exterior using a black and white paint scheme topped with custom neon smiley signage and plantscaping. This whimsical design was carried into the small entrance lobby where custom neon lighting and murals greet the buildings tenants each day.
